
Is there something that you really enjoy that makes your life better, happier…that you take for granted?
Being happy with what is right now. Having gratitude for what you are experiencing right now and anticipating even better things to come is the way to attract more good things into your life.
But what is really important about living your life and experiencing your life that way is that it makes everything feel really good in this very moment- Without having to wait for some day…
When you spend your thoughts and your daily activities thinking that you will enjoy life and be really grateful when you have… or you get rid of… or you finally… Frankly it just sucks the life right out of you!
Look around at your life right now and focus on one thing in it that makes your life good, or you feel good and celebrate it- Just give it a spirited inner smile and feel how grateful you are in this moment for experiencing it and having it in your life, whatever it is.

Are you addicted to the “what if” game?
It can be played alone or with others. Our thoughts typically start out in a neutral place and we keep “what iffing”… getting more juiced by them, until before we know it we have “what iffed” ourselves into a really high score of negative thinking and worry.
Think back to yesterday – were there times you were playing the game?
What if I am not good at juggling all the things in my life?… What if I get sick I can’t take time off from work?… What if the stock market goes down even more?… What if this financial mess doesn’t straighten out?…

How many things do you have filling up your life?
I want you to take an inventory of your life and think for a minute how many things do you have filling up your life.
Do you find yourself thinking that you don’t have enough time to do the things you really want to do?
Are you putting off starting your business or making the important changes in your life or career because you have so little time already to make these important changes?
There is an old story of a philosophy professor who shares an important lesson of time management, getting things done and focus profit with his students. His lesson is from a philosophical perspective.

It’s hard to know what you want, what you feel in the churn of life.
So often the things we think we feel or that are going on inside our heads are really the voices of someone else.
Sometimes they are just a faint whisper sliding in and out, but leaving enough of a stir in our minds that leave us disquieted.
