About BZ

My name is BZ Riger and I am the woman behind Art of Allowing Mindset. You can read a little more about my passion for helping women have inspired success on the About this Blog page- but let me take a moment to give you a glimpse at who I am.

I’m a 45 year old spirited woman, formerly married and mother of a vivacious 23 year old daughter who is out creating her own success in the world. After twenty five years of marriage I decided I was no longer willing to settle and set off on a path that let my passion and what I wanted to experience in life be my guide on what to date has been an amazing journey.

I am continually learning to read the waters as I sail through the voyage of my life and discover the truth of who I am and how I enjoy being of service to others and a best friend to myself.

What a delight it is to me to be of service to my customers in so many ways that inspire me and my audience. I do it through writing this blog, being a member of the international woman’s blogger team at spirited woman. A host on my international radio program, producing videos to inspire people to adjust in our fast changing world to name just a few.

I love living on Martha’s Vineyard with my two labradors Taza and Luna and my two kitties Athena and Rose. For me it is an inspired home base to run my coaching and multimedia content creation business from. The internet and phone lines let me connect to every part of the globe and the people who I help to have inspired success in their life and small businesses.

Being a blogger, best selling author, life coach, video producer, and creator of multimedia products lets me use my creativity and expertise in making the complexities of life and small business more streamlined. This allows me to help my customers discover how to have inspired success from the inside out.

You might think working on my blogs, videos, and radio program would fill my life up – not true. I have a number of other focuses in life that I work on including:

Small business consulting - I work with women to bring their strengths and passions to the forefront in their small business marketing. When they combine this focus with the new interactive web 2.0 tools they find creating inspired success is fun and profitable.

Group coaching programs and retreats – I regularly give in-depth programs on a variety of topics including blogging, social networking to grow your business, law of attraction, living inspired, thought leadership, personal development.

Community – I am involved in structured and free form groups in the community to help people move through the shifts occurring and we create our new world and move through the ascension process.

Courses - I am also currently involved in teaching several programs at the Adult continuing education center. This lets me connect with people in person and see the flame of possibility and inspiration ignite as they learn new things.

As you’ll be able to tell from my blogs, I am passionate about life, having fun and helping people connect to their success. I’m also an avid reader, enjoy creating delicious meals, good food and wine and love walking on the beach.
