I am a naturally positive and enthusiastic person, and it seems my colleagues are almost afraid to show enthusiasm in the workplace. And yet, it's so contagious! When one person (usually me) breaks out of the mold and gets really pumped about an idea or project, others naturally follow. I can't imagine how our society got to take itself so seriously and neglect positivity - but I'm with you - let's change that! laura I am always amazed how shocked people are by enthusiasm in business.
