It’s easy to fall into the habit of using excuses to justify to ourselves why we are not who we want to be any given time.

Chances are you have gotten really creative with your palette of excuses that you use to paint your resistance murals with.

Lets try something new today, lets start the mural of your wildly successful life!

What are your excuses for not Being all that you want in your life right now?

Make a list:

1.

2.

3.

4.

5.

Add more if you need to.

Now look at the list and write down the opposite for each excuse.

Now scan the list, which do you think are really challenges you are facing?

Write those three on another list.

Okay we are going to do a resonance check on them to see which is really the one you will set your intention on to transform this week. You will use the hand you write with to do this resonance check.

Close your eyes, take a deep breath and quite your mind. Run your hand over the first excuse on your list and write the number between 1-10 that comes to mind next to this excuse. Now repeat this for the other two excuses.

The excuse with the highest number is the one to work on this week.

Note: if the three all scored low, you may want to check the others on your first list and find the important one you tried to hide.

Take the excuse and play with the possibility of it vanishing as an obstacle.

Play with the possibility of the opposite of the excuse as already being true right this moment and what inspired actions will you take as a result of knowing this?
