What is “power of intention coming to consciousness”?
It’s an awakening to what you are passionate about in your life. You realize that with your thoughts and feelings, you create the desire and vision.
Then you create what happens in your life.
You may be thinking:
“Wait a minute. I’m already conscious. I wake up every morning…wash the sleep out of my body…and get on with my day.”
Yes, you awaken every day from a state of sleep. Get dressed. And start your routine. What I’m talking about is living consciously.
You really wake up to everything around you. Every sight. Every sound. Every thought. Every decision that you make.
Breathing is an involuntary system. It keeps air going in and out of the body; you don’t have to think about it. For most people, 92% of breathing is shallow and short – just enough to keep the air coming in.
However, this type of breathing doesn’t support a rich, meaningful exchange of oxygen in the body. Deep, oxygenated breathing expands your lung capacity. It sends oxygen-rich blood to your muscles, giving them power to support any activity you choose to do.
Conscious breathing takes a deep, full breath down to your abdomen…fills up your lungs…and sends oxygen coursing out to the tiniest capillaries.
This type of breathing supplies your whole body with exactly what it needs.
Have you let your life become involuntary?
Is it a shallow exploration of your talents and gifts – just enough to keep things coming in, but not enough to support a meaningful life and inspired success?
