What do you love to do?
How often do you let yourself do it?
When your focus in life is just about getting things done, or being responsible and realistic… your focus is on the past and the projections of what is next.
It keeps you out of the moment out of sync with inspiration.
When we shift our focus about how we spend our time and stop being in the past or projecting into the future we are in the moment.
Time seems to stop when we are in the moment.
Everything seems brighter, more vivid and we find ourselves savoring the moment and being completely in tuned with who we are.
When you are in the moment you can experience new things and discover what you love to do. Then you can shift the patterns of how you go through life and reconnect with the rhythm of inspiration and savor what you are doing.
This lets the question I started with change to what do you love to be?
When you explore this question and move through your day from the perspective of what you love to be. Then it doesn’t matter how you label the things you are doing or encountering in your day because you are in the moment and not getting caught up in a story line.
Everything becomes a study of being in the moment and you flow through the day.
Start to notice when other people around you are in the moment. When they are doing what they love.
When you take a moment to witness this it lets inspiration well up inside of you. This short video is a great example.
As you watch you will see him doing something he loves to do. You will see he is completely in the moment in sync with everything.
You will notice how watching this brings you into the moment at one with the experience.
Take that awe inspiring feeling of witnessing this person being completely in the moment into your day with you.
Let yourself ride the wave of your life with the same complete connection.
