What do you notice when you Listen?
Quantum physics tells us there is no “out there”, there is no separation between matter… but with the conditioned human thought pattern we are convinced we are separate, that we are not connected-
If you spend much time in nature or simply noticing yourself and what is around you this thought pattern of thinking you are separate may not be as ingrained.
But if you worry, feel as though you struggle through life especially right now… then you are flowing in the conditioned human thought pattern.
How do we notice- How do we reconnect?

One of the simplest and most enjoyable ways to loosen the grip of the conditioned mind is to start noticing-
Just notice what is.
Step outside and what do you hear- what do you see- what do you feel-
Listen to the bird song around you, even deep in the heart of a city there is lots of bird song… Don’t worry about labeling the birds or the song.
Just Listen-
You will start to notice the different songs, you will start to notice them on different days when you listen, you will start to recognize the notes and the flash of color that connects with those notes.
Let yourself reconnect with this symphony of notes and color… What do you
notice?
