Life is foot tapping, fun and full of possibilities once you open to the true rhythm of it

foot tapping

What would life be like if we were not so serious?

What if we all stopped resisting the urge to jump in and play in the everyday moments of life and work?

What if we gave into our spirited inner foot tapping to the rhythm of life and went for it-

There would be so much more of all the delicious things we all want in life including the very simple yet profound things…

What keeps us from having this?
Our mindset: that life is a struggle, that its full of doom and gloom and lack, no pain no gain, you have to be realistic and the only realistic view point it that you can only have so much and life is tuff so deal with it…

But you know in your heart THAT is all an illusion that is why you feel so worried or anxious when you focus on the negative headlines the mindset of struggle and lack… because it is the exact opposite of the Truth of who you are and what life is really all about.

How do we shift this mindset and open to the major Shifts happening in our human evolution right now?

The simplest ways to begin are to:
Take deep breathes consciously throughout the day
Smile more for yourself and to everyone you meet
Listen to the inner knowing that tells you, you are magnificent and all is well

Then build on these very simplest of steps and release the judgment that they are just to simplistic to work…

Take a moment to watch this video, watch how people open to the to tapping inner rhythm they feel and begin to share the possibilities that we all endow.

I love that you wrote about this, BZ. Couldn’t have said it better myself. I wrote a article a while back about a meditation retreat I went on where our only task for the two weeks (besides being present) was to “take nothing seriously.” It was a radical idea. And a huge relief. That instruction alone brought up and released all kinds of stuff: mental chatter and emotional weather (aka clutter). You can read my article online: http://ezinearticles.com/?Watching-the-Chatter-Clears-Clutter&id=1829966.

Stephanie,
The take nothing seriously sounds like a great instruction to let go of mind stress and mind chatter.

I use the exercise with my coaching clients to have them say.
“Today I will judge nothing that occurs.”

This is an important shift because our constant labeling and judging makes us stay stuck in that grip of seriousness that sucks the life right out of us.

When we move through our day releasing the old habit of judging we can be in the present and see things with fresh eyes.

The opportunities and the possibilities FIND US, and then all we need to do is choose, say yes, and take the next step.
And Oh what we create from there, the inspired success we let rush in is very delicious.
