Video is an excellent way to grow your small business.

People love to watch videos and the medium is effective for different learning styles.

When you add audio as in voice over, music, sound, or conversation in your video you give it more depth.

Marketing is about connecting with your audience. Attraction marketing takes it a step further… its about being of value in the moment when they are coming in contact with your marketing.

When you provide value to your audience as they connect with your different marketing vehicles you are educating them, engaging them, inspiring them, giving a new way to look at something that interests them.

Here are five different inspirational attraction marketing ideas to use when creating a short video for your audience. You can make a video around just one of these or you can combine several in a video and have it accomplish many things at once for you and your audience.

Promotional story line- you can create a video that is in essence promoting a specific product or event but you do it in a way that tells a story, that engages the audience and peaks their interest to find out more.

Visual movement- you can create a video with still images and use a technique called Key Framing to give movement and a story line to each image. This is helpful if you don’t have actual video of your subject mater or do not have the camera to create it.

Engaging Social proof- you can create a video using a voice over of an audio testimonial you have received. By combining the value of what your customer received in their own words with video or visuals that support it you create and experiential story for other people who are interested in what you have to offer. It is a way to have them feel involved and engaged in the social proof of testimonials.

Communicating with images- you can create a video using images and music as a subtle back drop to communicate different experiences, feelings, learning’s with your audience. It is helpful to set a different tone and take them out of the rush of life and let them rest for a moment in your marketing.

Tasting and sampling your benefits- you can create a video that lets your audience sample the benefits that your product or service provides. This lets them get a taste of the value you provide and a first hand experience of working with you. It gives them value right as they watch it and it lets them develop a relationship with you as someone they know like and trust. Because that is who people like to do business with.
