It’s hard to know what you want, what you feel in the churn of life.
So often the things we think we feel or that are going on inside our heads are really the voices of someone else.
Sometimes they are just a faint whisper sliding in and out, but leaving enough of a stir in our minds that leave us disquieted.
Sometimes they are full of the boom of thunder and flash of lighting with the sharp sting of ozone that knocks us off our center and pushes us in a direction that is not where we are supposed to go.
There is great power in knowing what you really feel and what is important to you. That direct experience of knowing “what I feel” of ” what I really want” provides moments your lips curve with a sweet sense of gratitude, helping you be exactly where you want to be regardless of what may be happening in the outside world.
How do you get that clarity? Power, happiness and feeling of aliveness?
You begin by making the choice to tune in and listen. You ask and answer the question – “Tell me what you feel?”
Before you answer with your mind and with the voices of others inside your head take a deep breathe, scan your body, your heart, your thoughts…
Jotting down what you feel each time you ask and answer the question in a little notebook will help you discover what is really there.
Make the choice and for three weeks – such little time to invest to tap in, tune in to the power of how you feel…ask and answer the question “Tell me what you feel” four or five times a day.
Isn’t it time you let the voice within you speak – to let the power of what is important to you, the truth of what you feel bloom. So all the weeds that were the voices of others can be released?
